A retreat group together on the coast of Northern Italy

How we plan your retreat, step by step

Planning a retreat in Italy usually means months of emails, deposits and guesswork. With us it starts with a short message. You tell us who is coming and what you have in mind, we come back with a real proposal, and from there we build the days together until everything is on paper.

Start with a message

Four steps, one point of contact

You speak with one person from the first message to the last goodbye. No agency, no handover, no form to fill in twice.

  1. 01

    You write to us

Dates or a rough period, how many people, the practice you teach, and the feeling you want the group to leave with. A few lines are enough. There is no minimum notice: tell us your window and we tell you what is realistic.

  2. 02

    We propose

Within a few days you receive a first proposal. A landscape, a venue we know in person, a format, a draft of the days and one price per person. If something is off, we adjust it. The proposal is free and does not commit you.

  3. 03

    We build it together

Experiences, menus, the rhythm of each day, the teachers if you need them. You approve every step. Nothing is decided without you, and nothing is off-the-shelf.

  4. 04

    We run it

We sign with the venue and the vendors, we handle transfers and payments, and we are there with you, from the first arrival to the last departure. You teach. We take care of everything else.

What you receive on paper

A retreat document that your studio can send to its clients as it is, with your name on it. It includes the venue, the day-by-day programme, what is included, the arrival and departure logistics and the price per person.

You decide the margin to add and you sell it as your own retreat, or with our name next to yours. We stay behind the scenes.

What we ask from you

Your group

You know your people. You tell us their pace, their level and what they expect, and we shape the days around them.

Your practice

You teach, or you ask us for a teacher. Yoga, meditation, mat and reformer Pilates, sound baths, pancafit and more.

A decision on time

The best venues in spring and autumn go first. Once the proposal is right, we hold the dates together.

How the days are built

Every retreat draws from six dimensions: yoga and meditation, mat and reformer Pilates, sports and activities, food and wine, spa and treatments, exclusive experiences. Each format already includes its essentials. On top of those, you choose what to add.

A typical day starts with the practice before breakfast, continues with the experience of the day, leaves the afternoon free or for a second session or the spa, and ends with a dinner cooked for the group. Then we move things around until the rhythm is yours.

Nothing is off-the-shelf, and that is the point.

Questions about how we work

How far in advance should we write?

As soon as your dates are clear. There is no minimum notice, but the best venues in spring and autumn are booked months ahead. A one-day event can come together in a few weeks.

Is the first proposal free?

Yes. The first proposal is free and does not commit you. You pay only when you confirm the retreat.

Do we have to sign with the venue?

No. We sign with the venue and the vendors. You have one agreement, with us.

How do payments work?

One price per person, turnkey. A deposit at confirmation, the balance before the retreat. Your studio collects from its clients at the price it decides.

Can we visit the venue before?

Yes, and we come with you. If you are abroad, we send photos and a video call from the venue.

Tell us where you want to take your people

Dates, number of participants, type of practice, an indicative budget. We reply with a first proposal.
