Day 1 San José. Arrival, hotel check-in and welcome meeting at 6pm.

Day 2 Cahuita Nature Reserve. Pick up the 4x4s and head to the Caribbean coast: snorkeling, beaches and biodiversity.

Day 3 Puerto Viejo. Reggae vibes and the beaches of Punta Uva and Manzanillo. Relax and snorkel.

Day 4 Sarapiquí. Into the heart of Costa Rica: Bajos del Toro waterfall and rafting on the Sarapiquí river.

Day 5 Arenal Volcano. Trekking with volcano views, chocolate tasting and hot springs under the stars.

Day 6 Río Celeste and Caño Negro. The turquoise waters of Río Celeste and a sunset boat tour through the canals.

Day 7 Rincón de la Vieja. Trekking through Las Pailas among boiling mud pools, fumaroles and tropical forest.

Day 8 Towards the Pacific. Crocodiles at Rio Tárcoles and rafting on the Naranjo river.

Day 9 Los Campesinos Ecolodge. Hanging bridges, waterfalls, football with the locals and a traditional BBQ.

Day 10 Manuel Antonio to Corcovado. Manuel Antonio National Park, then south to the Corcovado tent camp.

Day 11 Corcovado Park. A day between jungle and sea, with a guided night trek.

Day 12 Uvita. White sand beaches, surf and yoga. Pura vida.

Day 13 Uvita to San José. One last surf session or relax, then back to the capital.

Day 14 San José. Check-out and farewell. Pura vida.

27 Mar Departure. We leave together from Venice or Milan Malpensa. Meals and overnight on board.

28 Mar Arrival. Landing in Malé, then a short domestic flight to the island. Check-in, welcome meeting and a first dinner together.

29 Mar to 1 Apr The rhythm of the island. Slow days, on purpose. Practice in the morning, then the clear water of the reef, fish a few metres from the shore and experiences for those who want them. The rest is made by the people: long conversations, a sunset aperitivo on the boat and bonds that last beyond the trip.

2 Apr Return. Sunrise yoga to close the circle. Breakfast, then the transfer to Malé and the flight back to Italy.

3 Apr Arrival in Italy. Landing in the morning in Venice or Milan Malpensa, where the journey began.

Day 1 Welcome to Bali. Arrival at the Surf and Yoga House, welcome meeting and sunset on the beach.

Day 2 Yoga and local traditions. Morning yoga, breathwork and meditation. Village life, canang sari workshop and Canggu at sunset.

Day 3 Purification and connection. Water purification ceremony at a sacred temple, Balinese massage and an evening of sharing.

Day 4 From earth to plate. Sunrise yoga, regenerative agriculture, a Balinese cooking class and a night out in Canggu.

Day 5 Surf day. Morning practice, then into the water: a surf lesson between waves and laughter.

Day 6 Ubud. The cultural heart of Bali: Monkey Forest, Saraswati Temple, markets and local crafts.

Day 7 Ocean day. Last yoga class, then snorkeling or a fishing trip with local fishermen. Farewell dinner.

Day 8 Goodbye Bali. Check-out and farewell.
